It Is Neither A Pride, Nor Honour But Is An Act Of Slavery.
All citizens like doctors, advocates, hawkars, farmers, street vendors, have been conferred the right of freedom to practice any profesion or any occupation, or trade, business in any part of the territory of India. They do not collect any tax.
Goods transport operators do not collect any tax.
Collection of taxes neither a reasonable restriction nor our fundamental duty under article 51-a. Why certain businessmen should collect taxes ?
Now the time has come to protect and save our fundamental rights guaranteed unconditionaly protected under article 13 of the constitution.
Government shall not force any citizen to provide free (beggar) service to any one . It is nothing but defined as Bandhua Mazdoor. We are not Slaves. We faught our freedom. India does not belong to the bureacrats and politicians but it belongs to the people of India.

You may be aware that Goods Transport Opertator defied the collection of service tax
The governement could not impose it on g.t.o. Its impositon on the public was not only opposed but was chllanged in the supreme court, after fall of 'UF' government on 27th november,1997. Supreme court declared the same as Un-Constitutional.
The advoctes, doctors defied the imposition and hike of Profession Tax in Maharashtra
the bssia, fam and many other associations also joined the hands with Indian Maedical
Association and others and are not paying the profession tax since 1989.
The government failed to collect the same - from the people.
Do we want to become the fully slaves of the bureaucracy, who are neither accountable nor responsible for any thing.
